MENU!!!

Deluxe Cakes  --$50

Heaven and Hell Cake
Originally created by famous American chef Stephen Pyles, this cake is a sweet tooth's dream come true.  Layers of from-scratch angel food and devil's food cakes are layered with peanut butter mousse, then the whole thing is covered in chocolate ganache.  At nine inches around and over a foot high, this cake is serious business and can easily feed twenty brave souls. (4 layers of cake and a whole lotta peanut butter mousse)
(allergens: eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts)

Super Epic Rainbow Cake
This is far and away my personal favorite to bake and serve.  On the outside, it's a little hum-drum, Plain Jane layer cake wrapped in straight-laced vanilla frosting.  But then, you cut into it, and this cake is all, "Oh, snap! I'm crazy!" This cake has won over random strangers in bars (true story, it happened on my 31st birthday) and is the most perfect confection ever for the special unicorn in your life.  The cake itself is a light and fluffy white cake, the frosting a decadent Swiss Meringue Buttercream that can be made in your choice of vanilla or lemon (they are both delicious!) (6 layers)
(allergens: eggs, milk, wheat)

Standard Layer Cakes (9" round) --$30

(also available in the following sizes:
quarter-sheet (13" x 9")--$30
6" round--$20

Chocolate with Vanilla Buttercream
My mom's personal favorite, this chocolate cake has a densely complex flavor with hints of mocha and a moist crumb.  The cake is straight-up delicious by itself, but then I add your choice of Meringue Buttercream or Traditional Buttercream and it goes to the next level.  It also makes an awesome birthday cake. (3 layers)
(allergens:  eggs, milk, wheat)

Yellow with Chocolate Ganache
This was the cake that a lot of us grew up with.  I've taken our collective childhood memories and transformed them into this from-scratch masterpiece coated with chocolate ganache (a frosting consisting solely of melted chocolate and heavy cream--basically the recipe for Happiness).  Nine inches around, three layers high, and your donation will be going to a fantastic cause--good will all around!! (3 layers)
(allergens: eggs, milk, wheat)

Cookies!!--$20/boxed dozen or $2/cookie

VEGAN Cowboy Cookies
These little puppies are my go-to cookie for potlucks, parent nights, open houses, bar mitzvahs...you name it.  Cowboy Cookies are a variation of oatmeal cookies that contain walnuts, coconut, and chocolate chips.  They are huge and manly and hate being taken lightly.  They are also so delicious that they are often the first thing to disappear at group gatherings.  You should lasso some up today!
(allergens: tree nuts, wheat, soy)

Homemade Marshmallows!! --$15/dozen, marshmallows are approximately 1"x1"x1"

                                                      Peppermint Marshmallows
Homemade marshmallows are my very favorite bit of kitchen alchemy.  The process involves thermometers, stabilizing proteins, and lots of sticky sugar syrup.  Imagine me having my very own "Mad Scientist" moment in the kitchen.  Sounds like a blast, right?  Well, the product of all of that fun is a homemade confection that is ten times better than the mass-produced variety at the grocery store.  The peppermint variety are my new favorite candy and are the best topping for hot cocoa that I have found on my 32 years on this planet.  You really should order some right now.
                                                      (no allergens)

Vanilla Marshmallows
These are soft pillows of sweetness that are flavored with a pretty amazing vanilla extract.  Once you have had these, you will look upon the baggies of 'mallow at the grocery store with contempt and scorn.  Trust me on this one.  These can also be colored and/or coated with colored sugar upon request to fit your special theme.
